PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS

We endeavour to display product descriptions, images, and pricing as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to correct errors and update product information at any time.

PRICING

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Contact support@ayuvance.com to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Opened wellness/Ayurvedic products may not be eligible for return.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on ayuvance.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of Ayuvance and may not be reproduced without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Ayuvance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
