We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ayuvance purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Due to the nature of Ayurvedic wellness products, opened or partially used items are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at support@ayuvance.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request within 48 business hours.
3. If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
